Our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Program, directed and endorsed by Company Management, concentrates on health, safety, environmental conditions, and behaviors. Implementation and monitoring are overseen by managers at field locations, guided by operations manager and HSE Staff at our office.

Effective communication is a cornerstone of Novus. Senior Management recognizes the importance of conveying HSE goals and objectives to all employees and maintains a communication process to keep them updated on progress. Our comprehensive HSE handbook communicates the Company’s expectations and serves as a quick reference for employees.

In line with our commitment to a safe workplace, we prioritize providing appropriate training and guidance to our employees for identifying, assessing, and controlling health, safety, and environmental hazards at the worksite.
